These give you access to the entertainment complex, swimming pools and sports and leisure facilities, you will need to purchase a Fun Pass to access all of the facilities.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where can I park?
Our grassy areas are important to us. Please avoid parking on them and use the dedicated space next to, your holiday accommodation.
What size is the park?
Large.
Is there a cash machine?
Cash machines can be found in the main complex and at the Mini Market. Cashback is also available in the Mini Market and all bar areas (minimum spend applies).
Is there WiFi?
Yes.
Is there Sky TV?
Yes there is a Sky+ HD box in the holiday home or Sky Sports is shown in The Lakehouse bar and restaurant, Mash and Barrel and the Cobble bar (owners-only).
Can I take my dog?
Sorry no dogs or any pets are allowed
Can we bring a BBQ?
Yes you can – we love a BBQ. But for safety, please keep barbecues away from the caravan holiday homes, verandas and the external gas bottles. Be sure that they’re completely put out before you leave them. Please use a non-disposable barbecue.
Is the park wheelchair friendly?
The park and its facilities are wheelchair friendly.
Is the park suitable for buggies/pushchairs?
Yes.
Can I get on to the beach from the park?
Yes, via a steep path, walking access only.
Can I hire baby/toddler equipment?
Yes subject to availability we have cots available. These can be pre-booked.
Cots: £10 per 6-8 nights or £5 per 5 nights or less. Please note, bedding is not included.
What don’t I need to bring with me?
Washing up items, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, coffee, tea bags, sugar
Are utilities included?
Gas, electricity and hot water are included although you will incur an extra charge if you would like WiFi
Are hire goods available?
Bed guards, highchairs, push chairs, travel cots, towel bales and irons are available to hire at this park. Please note that hire goods are subject to availability.
Can I have an extra key?
Need an additional key for your holiday home? Ask before you arrive and we’ll be happy to help – extra keys are subject to availability. If you need a replacement, it’s £30 so have a good hunt before you decide it really is lost!
How do I use the launderette?
If you’ve had a big adventure, you might need a washing machine to clean you up again. Pop into the Mini Market where you can buy tokens for the launderette, as well as washing powder.
Do you keep lost property?
We keep all lost property for 14 days, so you have plenty of time to check.
I had a photo taken by the on-park photographer?
Say cheese! If you get ‘papped’ by the professional photographer, you can buy the picture from the Rory Shop.
What is the security on the park?
We want you to feel secure and sound on park. So, if there’s anything worrying you at night or you need the help out-of-hours, please call the Security team on 07743 891227.

Where can I order a takeaway?
If you can’t have a takeaway on holiday, when can you? There is a Papa John’s Pizza and they even deliver to your holiday home – just call 01723 514628.
