Fun Passes are not included in the cost of your holiday when booking with us, however they can be added to the price. These give you access to the entertainment complex, swimming pools and sports and leisure facilities. You will need to purchase a Fun Pass to access all of the facilities – as owner we can arrange this for you.

Day Passes
Day Passes allow your friends and family, not staying on the park, to come and visit you and use all of the same facilities you can as a guest. You must be present when the Day Passes are bought for your friends and family.
You can buy Day Passes at the main reception on the day you wish to use them. Adult: £10 | Child: £5

If you go and visit the Reception, they can give you a brightly coloured wristband with your contact details on – just in case your little one wanders off.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where can I park?
The grassy areas are important to us. Please avoid parking on them and use the dedicated space next to the holiday home. Please also be considerate of your neighbours too. There are Blue Badge spaces in the main complex for those who need them.
What size is the park?
Medium.
Is there a cash machine?
There are three cash machines at Blue Dolphin, the can be found in the Mini Market, FunWorks amusement arcade and The Brigghouse bar and restaurant. These are all free withdrawal. Cashback is also available in our Mini Market and all bar areas (minimum spend applies).
Is there WiFi?
WiFi is available for an extra small amount.
Is there Sky TV?
Yes in the holiday home there is a Sky+ HD box also you can watch sport in The Brigghouse bar and restaurant.
Can I take my dog?
We do not allow dogs or any pet to stay in our holiday homes.
Yes you can – we love a BBQ. But for safety, please keep barbecues away from the caravan holiday homes, and use a non-disposable barbecue.
Is the park wheelchair friendly?
Yes. There is a hoist available at the swimming pool as well as a lift up to pool reception and disabled changing room. Wheelchair hire is available from Scarborough mobility, they can be contacted on 01723 377515 and deliver to the site.
Is the park suitable for buggies/pushchairs?
Yes.
Can I get on to the beach from the park?
No the nearest beach is 3 miles away.
Can I hire baby/toddler equipment?
Yes subject to availability we have cots and bed rails available. These can be pre-booked by contacting us before your arrival.
Cots: £10 per 6-8 nights or £5 per 5 nights or less. Bedding is not included.
Bed Rail: £8 per 6-8 nights or £5 per 5 nights or less.
What don’t I need to bring with me?
Washing up items, towels, toilet rolls , toiletries, Coffee, Tea bags, Sugar Iron, Ironing board, Hair dryer .
Are utilities included?
Gas, electricity and hot water are included although Wifi is charged at an extra cost..

Bed guards, travel cots. Please note hire goods are subject to availability.
Can I have an extra key?
Need an additional key for your holiday home? Contact me before your stay and we’ll be happy to help – extra keys are subject to availability. If you need a replacement, it’s £30 so have a good hunt before you decide it really is lost!
How do I use the launderette?
If you’ve had a big adventure, you might need a washing machine to clean you up again. Pop into the Mini Market where you can buy tokens for the launderette, as well as washing powder. You can also buy tokens from Reception.
What is the security on park?
We want you to feel secure and sound on park. So, if there’s anything worrying you at night or you need help out-of-hours, please call Park Safety team on 07714 836970. There’s a helpful team member looking after the security barrier by Reception between 8am and 6pm. For all other times, please use the main entrance.
How do I find out the tide times?
Surf’s up dude! Stay safe and tide alert with up-to-date tidal times from Reception.
If you can’t have a takeaway on holiday, when can you? There is a Burger King®, Cook’s Fish and Chips and a Papa John’s Pizza (who’ll even deliver straight to your holiday home – just call 01723 518221). If you fancy a lighter bite, pop into the bakery in the Mini Market.
